Since day one, I’ve had nothing but Great interactions with the facility and its staff. Not a day goes by that they are greeting me as I come and go. The facility is always clean and the equipment is top notch. I’m writing this because unfortunately I’m moving out of state. The cancellation was extremely easy and took no more than 2 minutes. I’m going to miss it here.

When I initially made the switch to this gym from the Athens location, I had some difficulty getting my membership transferred. The process took about 2 months but they were still allowing me to come and work out. Franklin, who I believe is the manager, was incredibly patient and dedicated. The staff here deserve special mention for their kindness. They greet everyone with a warm smile as you walk in and make it a point to say goodbye as you leave. The gym does get crowded during the peak hours of 5-7 PM, but that's pretty much every gym..There's a positive vibe that makes working out here enjoyable, and the clientele is friendly and respectful. The equipment meet all my needs, and I appreciate the size of the gym—it's not too big or too small. Their sauna is also much better than the Marietta location for those that show interest to the sauna. This gym is special to me as it was the gym that got me consistent.

Moved to Crunch from another nearby gym last year and it's been a great experience. They have plenty of equipment and I almost never have to wait on someone else. Also a lot more energy/better atmosphere than other local places I've been. My only request is to turn up the heat in the sauna about 20 degrees :)

A well-managed, clean facility with a great atmosphere and a million ways to get a killer workout. Fun classes, lots of equipment, and a friendly staff that greets you when you walk through the door. Unbeatable value across every membership tier; I started out with Basic and moved up to Peak Results, because it has everything I could ever want and more! Hands down, best gym in the ATL area!

After reading all the reviews I had to add my opinion. Obviously they have only been opened at this location for a year so I think they got all the kinks out. My experience has been nothing but 5 star...I have lived off of Sandy Plains for 34 years. I have joined or tour every gym in the area. The energy at this location is so positive. The staff is never just looking at their phone (LA Fitness) and are so friendly and helpful..I believe the manager sets the tone and it shows. Every employee looks like they love their job and happy to be there.

Ive been a member to a lot of gyms and this one is definitely up there as one of the best. The only thing that could make it better would be if it offered child care because I have 2 young kids. Still though I'm a member and happy with my overall experience.

Franklin, Armando and the staff are very professional and listen to clients. The staff that opens is on time 100% - which is hugely important to those arriving early to get their day started in the right direction. Equipment is plentiful and works. The rest room area is super clean as well. This is a great value for the price.

I love this gym. Always a good crowd of encouraging people. Very clean and well maintained. The sauna is a big plus for me. Amaya and Armando as well as the rest of the staff have a great attitude and are super helpful.
